PM Narendrabhai Modi to dedicate Rs. 5206 crore development projects in Chhota Udepur

Gandhinagar: Prime Minister Shri Narendrabhai Modi will visit Gujarat on September 27. During his visit, he will inaugurate and dedicate various development projects worth ₹5,206 crore in Chhota Udepur district.

Additionally, the Prime Minister will also inaugurate and dedicate development projects worth ₹4,505 crore under the Mission Schools of Excellence, along with development works of Roads and Buildings, Urban Development, Science and Technology, and Water Supply departments.

Development works worth ₹4,505 crore under Mission Schools of Excellence

Under the Mission Schools of Excellence project, development works worth ₹4,505 crore will be inaugurated and dedicated by the Prime Minister. Within this initiative, ₹1,426 crore worth of projects will be launched, and ₹3,079 crore worth of projects will be completed, which includes 9088 new classrooms, 50,300 smart classrooms, 19,600 computer labs, upgradation of 12,622 classrooms and other facilities.

Village Wi-Fi for 20 lakh beneficiaries in 7,500 villages

The Prime Minister will inaugurate Village Wi-Fi facilities for the benefit of 20 lakh beneficiaries in 7,500 villages across 22 districts. An amount of ₹60 crore has been allocated to this endeavour.

Furthermore, development projects worth ₹277 crore under the Roads and Buildings Department, ₹251 crore under the Urban Development Department, and ₹80 crore under the Water Supply Department will also be inaugurated and dedicated. In Dahod, a new Navodaya Vidyalaya costing ₹23 crore and an FM Radio Studio costing ₹10 crore will also be inaugurated. DeshGujarat
