Ahmedbad: The Indian Meteorological Department has issued a forecast indicating unseasonal rainfall in several parts of Gujarat from November 25th to 27th. While some districts are expected to experience light rain during this period, Dahod and Panchmahal are anticipated to receive heavy rainfall on November 27th.

As per the latest bulletin from the IMD, on November 25th, light rainfall is expected in Kutch, Junagadh, Gir, Somnath, Navsari, Dang, Valsad, Daman, Diu, and Dadar Nagar Haveli.

Moving to November 26th, only two districts, Dev Bhumi (Dwarka) and Porbandar, are projected to remain dry. The rest of the districts in the state are likely to experience light to moderate rainfall.

Looking ahead to November 27th, most districts in the state are expected to be dry. However, Sabarkantha, Aravalli, Navsari, Dang, Valsad, Daman, and Dadra Nagar Haveli are anticipated to receive light rainfall. Gandhinagar: It’s a cloudy sky in parts of Gujarat today and light rain and drizzling has been reported from various areas including in parts of Ahmedabad.

Central government’s Weather department – the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has observed that the Trough in easterlies from the cyclonic circulation over Southeast & adjoining Southwest Arabian Sea to south Gujarat extending up to 1.5 km above mean sea level persists currently resulting into thunderstorms and heavy rains.
