Gujarat CM dedicates Bhuj Bus Port & kicks off other development works in Kutch

Bhuj: Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel today inaugurated a new bus port in the district headquarters Bhuj in the border district Kutch. Rs. 29.21 crore bus port has been constructed through a public-private partnership model.

The Chief Minister also inaugurated and performed e-groundbreaking for 18 development works in Kutch during his visit which involved the total cost of more than Rs. 266 crore.

The Chief Minister said Bhuj is the 11th functional bus port in Gujarat. The State government has approved a total of 15 iconic bus ports. Groundbreaking for Bhuj bus port was performed by Prime Minister Narendrabhai Modi.

The Chief Minister also dedicated seven 66 KV sub-stations of GETCO and Rampar bridge. He also performed groundbreaking for 10 development works including major and minor bridges in Gandhidham, two roads connecting Gandhidham railway station to Adipur and Mundra to Mundra port, a Sports centre at Hill garden in Bhuj, a recharged tank at Kuran village, the road connecting Samkhiyali to Adhoi-Kanthkot, Dayapar mamlatdar and Sub-registrar office, Dayapar rest house, and Adesar – Lakhagadh road strengthening.
