Mahatma Mandir to have anamorphic projection facility during VGGS 2024

Gandhinagar: During the Vibrant Gujarat summit 2024, an Anamorphic projection facility will be used in Mahatma Mandir convention hall.

It will showcase Gujarat’s culture and history during the summit days.

According to Principal Secretary Mamata Verma, a new gate has been added for smooth transportation of vehicles at the venue of the summit. With there are total 8 gates here. Various facilities such as RFID verification points, help desk, sign boards etc are created for smooth movement.

Two studios are set up for the first time for special interaction with leading CEOs and business leaders. Along with the Prime Minister’s and Chief Minister’s lounges, 34 country lounges are set up at the venue.

Lounge, meeting room etc facilities are created for B2G and B2B meetings that would go parallelly on the sidelines of the summit. Over 40 departments of Gujarat and central governments are going to participate in the meeting. More than 2500 meetings are fixed so far in B2G and B2B modes.

During the three days summit, 50 seminars are to be held in 12 seminar halls (4 permanent and 8 temporary seminar halls). Among them 21 are theme based seminars and 29 are state/country seminars. The capacity of temporary seminar halls are in range of 100 to 250 persons.

Natural dye lamp has been used for cultural events in amphitheater. Illumination artwork are installed at various spots at the event venue. Various dining areas are also set up for the guests at the summit venue. Help desk, book stalls, press briefing room and media lounge are also set up. The summit venue has been set up in such a way that it can accommodate more than 18,000 representatives.

Kutch’s mirror mud panels are errected for selfie points at 22 places. Patola print, Ajrakh print, Kutchi embroidery etc are showcased in wall panels. Kutch’s rogan art has been showcased at gold tunnel.

Gujarat craft and handloom display stalles are set up so that the guests can purchased the handicraft items of Gujarat.
