New Delhi: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) announced today the list of leaders appointed as state in-charges and co-in-charges in preparation for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. Three leaders from Gujarat have been given the responsibility of co-incharges.
Former Chief Minister of Gujarat, Vijay Rupani, has been designated as the in-charge for Chandigarh and co-in-charge for Punjab. Meanwhile, MLA from Surat, Purnesh Modi, and former MLA from Bharuch, Dushyant Patel, have been appointed as co-incharges for the Union Territory of Daman and Diu.
It is notable that Rupani has already been serving as the in-charge of Punjab and Chandigarh in this role since September 2022. DeshGujarat
