Kori Creek, Chauhan Nala to be developed as Coastal Seema Darshan Project

Gandhinagar: The Gujarat government is set to develop Kori Creek and Chauhan Nala near SIR Creek, along the India-Pakistan border area of Kutch, as part of the Coastal Seema Darshan project. The state finance minister made this announcement during his budget speech for the year 2024-25 on Friday.
Finance Minister Kanu Desai stated, “Inspired by the success of the ‘Nadabet Seema Darshan Project’, a provision of ₹40 crore out of the planned provision of ₹145 crore for the development of State Coastal Seema Darshan of Chauhan Nala, Kori Creek Area, etc.”
Additionally, there are plans to establish two museums in Vadnagar, the hometown of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. A provision of ₹113 crore for the Archaeology and Museum Sector has been made, to develop the Puratatvik Anubhuti Museum in Vadnagar, Tana-Riri Music Museum, and other projects aimed at conserving the heritage of Vadnagar.
