AAP extorting money in Dediapada and Sagbara, alleges Bharuch MP
March 23, 2024
Dediapada: Lok Sabha MP from Bharuch and BJP candidate for the 2024 general election from the same seat, Mansukh Vasava, today alleged that Aam Aadmi Party workers are extorting money from the offices in Dediapada and Sagbara talukas.
In a Facebook post, Mansukh Vasava wrote, “AAP leaders are extorting money by intimidating officials and contractors under the guise of Holi celebrations in Dedyapada and Sagbara. In a recent incident, a taluka officer was reportedly asked to pay 2.5 lakhs in the name of the MLA. Such incidents involve the extortion of funds from officials across various departments within the taluka. Political leaders often demand financial contributions from officials and contractors, which can directly impact development projects. Therefore, I earnestly appeal to the taluka and district officials to refrain from engaging with corrupt individuals and maintain the quality of their work. There is no need to fear such elements, as we will support you.” DeshGujarat
