Gandhinagar: Over 100 persons arrived at the headquarters of Bharatiya Janata Party in Gandhinagar with placards and banners and staged a protest against Tharad – Ahmedabad highway project. They demanded cancellation of ‘kachi nondh’ in their 7/12 utaaraa documents in connection with the Bharat Mala project’s Tharad – Ahmedabad expressway stretch. The protest programme was held under the banenr of ‘Asargrast Khedut Samanvay Samiti’. With the sudden arrival of over 100 protesters, the gates of the State BJP headquarters were closed.
