Ahmedabad on Red Alert for heatwave till Friday; Orange alert till May 26

Ahmedabad: The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a Red Alert for the city of Ahmedabad for today and tomorrow and an Orange Alert from the 25th to the 27th of May due to high temperatures. According to the IMD forecast, the maximum temperature is expected to remain at or above 45 degrees Celsius throughout this week.
