Junagadh: The ropeway service at Girnar in Junagadh will remain closed for 10 days starting from June 11 to June 20 due to maintenance work. Tourists are advised not to visit the ropeway during this period.

Maintenance work on Girnar’s ropeway is an annual affair. The decision to suspend service is primarily for safety reasons, especially considering the high wind speeds experienced in the area, which can reach up to 50-54 km per hour. This precautionary measure aims to prevent any mishaps during the ropeway operations. DeshGuajrat
