Vadodara: City Crime Branch of Police arrested a builder Sunil Pandit on complaint of a customer who alleged that Pandit took Rs. 99.50 lakh for two flats as Banakhat ammount but sold one flat to someone else and failed to give dastavej of the other. A complaint against Pandit was filed by Pariml Suthar who is a land broker. Suthat had booked two flats in Sakar building which was under construction in Fatehganj area. DeshGujarat
