Surat: The Surat District Education Officer (DEO) has announced a holiday for all school children in Surat city and district on July 24 due to the heavy rain forecast issued by the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) and the flood-like conditions in the South Gujarat region, that includes Surat city and district.
