Bogus doctor running clinic in Jhura village of Bhuj held

Bhuj: The Local Crime Branch (LCB) West Kutch-Bhuj has arrested a bogus doctor from Jhura village. The individual, identified as Hasamshah Hayatshah Syed, was running a dispensary named Syed Clinic without having any government-recognized medical degree. The fake doctor was allegedly administering allopathic medicines and injections to patients in and around Jura village.
Acting on a tip-off, the District Health Officer, along with members of the District Panchayat Bhuj, conducted a raid. It was found that the accused did not possess any valid certificate or degree, leading to a complaint being filed against him at Madhapar Police Station and subsequent legal action taken.
Additionally, his cousin, Habibshah Abdulrashulshah Syed, who is the chief of the Kutch District Congress Health and Hospital Committee, was operating a medical store using a medical certificate in the name of Bharatbhai Ramanlal Patel. The Food and Drugs Department has been informed, and legal action has also been initiated against him for running a medical store using a certificate in someone else’s name. DeshGujarat
