Ahmedabad: Sirens are being purchased as part of the Civil Defense system for the city. Before the purchase, the testing of these sirens will be conducted in the city tomorrow.

“The testing of the sirens will take place on 21st August 2024 at Bahumali Bhawan, Lal Darwaza, Ahmedabad, from 08:00 AM to 10:00 AM. During this time, sirens will be sounded periodically, which the public should take note of,” said the Deputy Superintendent of Police and Commandant of the Civil Defense Office, Ahmedabad, in a press release.
