Ahmedabad: Amdavad Municipal Corporation (AMC) will auction its 13 more plots for estimated revenue of Rs. 1,000 crore. These plots are for residential and commercial purposes.

The last date for online registration and bidding for these plots is September 27. The plots are located in Motera, Bodakdev, Nikol, Thaltej, Vatva, Shilaj, Vastral, Makarba, and Chandkheda areas.

The highest valued plot is located behind Mango restaurant in Sindhu Bhavan area, the estimated value of which is Rs. 205 crore. Base prices of plots are decided by Ahmedabad Urban Development Authority’s (AUDA) price-fixing committee. The plots are gained through the implementation of town planning (TP) schemes.
