Bharuch collector lists low lying areas, prohibit people to venture there

Bharuch: In view of monsoon condition, the District Collector of Bharuch has identified and listed the low lying areas and asked people not to venture there.
The places mentioned in the notification include old Borbhatha gaam ovara open land, open land under Narmada Maiya bridge and Golden bridge, village pond of Kosamdi village located next to the water works, a pond on Kosamdi – Bakrol road, a pond on Kosamdi – Boridra road, open canal on right bank of Ukai at Ankleshwar, canal on Bakrol – Ankleshwar GIDC pond, GIDC pond next to Bhadkodra village, Vamleshwar ghat, Netrang Dhanikhunt Rampanch waterfall, Zagadia based Madhighat Ashram place, Dahej’s Ambheta, Jogeshwar, Luvara, Lakhigam based Narmada river and coastal areas.
Those in violation of this notification will face legal action. Fishermen, government officials and staffers on duty are excluded from this. DeshGujarat
