Gandhinagar: Prime Minister Narendrabhai Modi will virtually attend the launching function of Jal Sanchay Jan Bhagidari Yojana by Gujarat government and Central government’s Jal Shakti ministry on September 6.

Union Jal Shakti minister CR Patil and Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel will join the function from Surat. Union Jal Shakti ministry conduct Jal Shakti Abhiyan since 2021 for water conservation related works under the theme of ‘Catch the rain, where it falls, when it falls’.

In the current year, this abhiyan is underway during 9 March to 30 November under the theme of ‘Nari Shakti se Jal Shakti’. DeshGujarat
