Amreli Bus Port inaugurated; Development works of ₹292 crores launched

Amreli: Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel today inaugurated the newly built bus port in Amreli, constructed at a cost of ₹42.48 crores under the PPP model. Additionally, the CM also inaugurated and laid the foundation stone for development works worth ₹292 crores.
While inaugurating the newly built bus station, the Chief Minister laid the foundation stone for a sports complex in Lalwadar, which will be built at a cost of ₹13.64 crores. He also laid the foundation stone for the renovation of Amreli Rajmahal, which will be carried out at a cost of ₹25 crores.
The various development works launched by the CM included 12 projects from the Urban Development Department worth ₹90.28 crores, 13 projects from the Road and Building Department worth ₹45.81 crores, 5 projects worth ₹29.86 crores from the Home Department, and 3 projects worth ₹27.21 crores to be carried out by the Energy Department of the Gujarat government.
In addition to these projects, the CM also launched 41 other projects worth ₹60.86 crores, bringing the total number of projects inaugurated or for which the foundation stone was laid to 77, amounting to a total of ₹292 crores today.
Upon his arrival in Amreli in the morning, Chief Minister Bhupendrabhai Patel visited Nagnath Mahadev and offered prayers. He later oversaw the renovation work at Gaekwadi Rajmahal, followed by the launch of the newly constructed bus port.
After his activities in Amreli, Chief Minister Patel proceeded to Savarkundla, where he inaugurated a railway overbridge on Mahuwa Road. He also launched a jetting machine and a 66 KV substation for the Liliya Gram Panchayat.
Following the programs in Amreli and Savarkundla, the Chief Minister will unveil a 108-foot tricolor flag in Rajula. After the launch and Khatmuhurta programs, he will attend a police station inauguration in Dhari. The visit will conclude with a trip to the Ambardi Safari Park. DeshGujarat
