Reallocate SpiceJet’s slot at Kandla airport to some other able player: Chamber
September 24, 2024
Kutch: The Gandhidham Chamber of Commerce has, in a letter to the Union Civil Aviation Minister, demanded the reallocation of SpiceJet’s slots at Kandla Airport in Kutch to other capable airlines. Chamber’s Vice President, Dipak Parekh, said that SpiceJet’s services at Kandla Airport are very irregular and that the Mumbai-Kandla flights were canceled last week. While Kutch is set to grow with future hydrogen hub projects, mega container terminals, etc., the district will need a proper and regular flight service. The way SpiceJet is operating on this route is not satisfactory, and therefore its slots at the airport should be reallocated to other capable airlines. DeshGujarat
