Ahmedabad: Singer Falguni Pathak had to postpone a Garba event in Ahmedabad scheduled to take place on 2nd October due to the ongoing Iran-Israel war. The Garba event will now take place at the same venue in Ahmedabad on 14 October. This announcement was made by Falguni through a video on social media.

She said in the video: “We were in Toronto(Canada). My friend and I returned on different flight, but our 14-member team was returning to India on an Air France flight. The Air France plane left Paris but, due to the Iran-Israel war, the flight returned to Paris. Our team is stuck in Paris. I could come alone to Ahmedabad to perform, but without my team, neither I nor the Garba players would have fun…. Our team in Paris has received boarding passes, but please pray that they board the flight and arrive as Navratri is starting tomorrow. The situation is not in our hands as the war was declared.” DeshGujarat
