Ahmedabad: The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) has nabbed Bahrat Katakiya (54), the main cleaning staffer (peon), a class-4 employee of Amdavad Municipal Corporation (AMC) serving in Khadia ward, for taking a bribe of Rs. 1600 in AMC headquarters today. According to ACB, the accused would take a cut from the Diwali bonus for cleaing staffers. He demanded Rs. 1600 cut from the bonus of a staffer. As the staffer was unwilling to pay the cut, he approached ACB, following which a complaint was filed and a trap was arranged in which Kadadkiya was nabbed after he received the money. DeshGujarat
