Gujarat govt transfers 3 IAS officers

Gandhinagar: Gujarat government has transferred three officers of Indian Administrative Service(IAS) today. With this, Ahmdabad Urban Development Authority (AUDA) has got a new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Gandhinagar Urban Development Authority(GUDA) has got a new in-charge CRO. Rajkot Municipal Corporation(RMC) has got a new Municipal Commissioner and Bharuch has got a new District Collector.
The details fo transfers:
-Shri D.P. Desai, IAS (SCS:GJ:2008), Municipal Commissioner, Rajkot Municipal Corporation, Rajkot is transferred and his services are continued to be placed at the disposal of Urban Development and Urban Housing Department for appointment as Chief Executive Officer, Ahmedabad Urban Development Authority (AUDA), Ahmedabad relieving Shri Bhavya Verma, IAS of additional charge of that post.
Shri D.P. Desai, IAS (SCS:GJ:2008) would hold additional charge of the post of Chief Executive Officer, Gandhinagar Urban Development Authority (GUDA), Gandhinagar until further relieving Shri Bhavya Verma, IAS of additional charge of that post.
-Shri Tushar Dalpatbhai Sumera, IAS (RR:GJ:2012), Collector, Bharuch is transferred and his services are placed at the disposal of Urban Development and Urban Housing Department for appointment as Municipal Commissioner, Rajkot Municipal Corporation, Rajkot vice Shri D.P. Desai, IAS transferred.
-Shri Gaurangbhai H. Makwana, IAS (RR:GJ:2012), Managing Director, Industrial Extension Bureau (INDEXT-B), Gandhinagar is transferred and appointed as Collector, Bharuch vice Shri Tushar Dalpatbhai Sumera, IAS transferred. DeshGujarat
