Ahmedabad recorded a minimum temperature of 12.1°C, 0.2°C below normal, while the outskirts, including Gift City – Gandhinagar and IIPH – Gandhinagar, saw sharper drops to 8.5°C and 8.0°C, respectively. The Satellite Area in Ahmedabad noted the warmest reading at 14.1°C. Baroda recorded 11.4°C last night, while Bhuj dropped below 10°C, reaching a minimum temperature of 9.2°C.

As per the weather report of the Indian Meteorological Department at 8:30 am this morning, Naliya recorded the lowest temperature at 3.4°C, a sharp 6.2°C below normal, signaling the impact of cold winds. Rajkot followed with 7.3°C, 5.2°C below average. However, coastal regions like Surat, Daman, and Veraval saw relatively milder nights at 15.5°C, 15.4°C, and 15.8°C, respectively.
