An exhibition and performance art convention center, located behind the event center on the west bank, is also proposed with a provision of ₹50 crore for the project.

Meanwhile, a tropical forest with an estimated cost of ₹20 crore will be developed on the west side of the riverfront, under an artificial humid environment. Tropical plant species will be planted in 2,200 sq.m., with a walking path for visitors. A shade will also be built to protect visitors from direct sunlight. Plants such as Hibiscus, Heliconia, Bird of Paradise, Palm Trees, Bromeliads, and Orchids will be featured in this forest.

It is noteworthy that these proposals are part of the draft budget; changes may be made by the elected wing before the final budget is presented. DeshGujarat
