Shri Swaminarayan Gadi Sansthan, Maninagar launches Sabarmati Mahatmya Granth – Part 2

Ahmedabad: On the occasion of the 614th anniversary of Ahmedabad, India’s first World Heritage City, located on the banks of the ancient Sabarmati River, Shri Swaminarayan Gadi Sansthan’s Acharya Jitendriyapriyadasji Swamishri Maharaj launched Sabarmati Mahatmya Granth – Part 2. The book, revised and edited by renowned historian Dr. Rizwan Qadri, was unveiled at Sabarmati Riverfront in the presence of chief guest Mahant Shri Dilip Dasji Maharaj (Jagannath Mandir), MLA Amit Shah, and other dignitaries. The launch event concluded with an aarti ceremony.

The 419 km-long Sabarmati River was historically known as “Kashyapi Ganga” thousands of years ago.

This book has been published by Shri Swaminarayan Gadi Sansthan. Previously, the Sansthan also published books such as Sardar Patel – Ek Singh Purush, Tilak’s Support, Sardar’s Bhekh, and Gandhi Tilak Nokha-Anokha Granth. DeshGujarat
