Chaitri Navratri in 2025 to be celebrated during 30th March – 6th April across Gujarat

Gandhinagar: Chaitri Navratri, a 9-night festival happening during Chaitra month of Hindu calendar will begin this year on 30th March and end on 6th April which is Ram Navami. Shailaputri on first day, Brahmacharini on the second day, Chandraghanta, Kushmanda, Skandh Mata, Katyayani, Kalratri, Mahagauri and Siddhidatri on third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth and ninth day of Navratri are worshipped. Shaktipiths and Mandirs of Goddesses across Gujarat attract a large numbef of pilgrims during nine days of Chaitri Navratri. Among the mandirs, Pavagadh attracts largest number of pilgrims in the State during these auspicious days. There’s a great importance of worshipping Kul Devi during Chaitri Navratri period.
