Gandhinagar: The National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) Gandhinagar has announced that it will host a 2-day, hands-on summer workshop series for young design enthusiasts. These workshops, designed to provide an immersive experience, will focus on various design disciplines, including Fashion, Textile, Jewellery, and Communication Design.

The workshops will be held in two batches: one from 16th – 17th May, 2025, and the other from 4th – 5th June, 2025.

At a fee of ₹1000, which includes lab experience, materials, certificate, and lunch, students in 10th, 11th, or 12th grade with a passion for design can register for the program.

Workshops Offered include:

• Accessory Design – Bead Wire Jewellery & Knotting Techniques
• Fashion Communication – Poster Design, Photography & Styling
• Textile Design – Tie & Dye, Batik, Block Printing
• Fashion Design – Exploring the World of Fashion

It is noteworthy that candidates can only attend one workshop. Selection will be based on preferences and seat availability.
