Toll rate notification issued for NH-341 Bhimasar–Bhuj four-lane highway

New Delhi: The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways on May 13 notified the levy of user fees on the four-lane section of National Highway-341 from Bhimasar (NH-41 junction) to Bhuj (up to Airport Junction), covering a stretch of 65.478 km in Gujarat (excluding the portion between Km 54.680 and Km 60.620). Toll collection will be carried out by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), as authorised under the National Highways Act, 1956.

National Highway-341 begins at Bhimasar and extends up to the India-Pakistan border, passing through Anjar, Bhuj, Khavda, and the Dharmshala BSF Camp. The 65-km stretch between Bhimasar and Bhuj has been upgraded to a four-lane configuration.

According to the notification, tolls will apply to a net road section of 38.021 km, 20.800 km of high-cost bypasses, and 0.929 km of major structures. Rates will be based on vehicle type and calculated using base rates from 2007–08. Toll plazas have been set up at Varshamedi (Km 13+125) and Kukma (Km 49+803) in Kutch district. The actual toll rates will be notified by the NHAI, published in local and English newspapers, and revised annually as per the prescribed formula.

Meanwhile, the monthly pass rate for a person who owns a non-commercial vehicle and resides within 20 km of a fee plaza has been fixed at ₹340 for the year 2024–25.

It is also noteworthy that the ₹1,571.74 crore project includes major infrastructure components such as road overbridges (ROBs), major bridges, and bypasses. The notification is embedded below. DeshGujarat
