Ahmedabad: The Gujarat High Court has released Narayan Sai, son of Asaram, on temporary bail for five days. Narayan Sai is jailed in Surat on a life-term in a rape case. He applied for bail to meet his 85-year-old father Asaram, who is on bail for three months till 30th June. Narayan Sai has been in jail since 2021. He was previously released on bail in 2021 for four days to take care of his ailing mother.

This fresh bail, granted after several years, has been approved by a bench of two judges of the Gujarat High Court, as Narayan Sai’s father Asaram is suffering from poor health. During his bail period, Narayan Sai will travel from Surat to Rajasthan by road with five police personnel. His bail duration includes two days of travel and three days of stay with his father.
