Western Railway to run Bandra Terminus – Ajmer summer special train

Mumbai: To cater to the increased passenger demand during the summer season, Western Railway has announced the operation of a superfast weekly special train between Bandra Terminus and Ajmer. The service will run from July 14, 2025, to September 29, 2025.
Train No. 09622 will depart from Bandra Terminus every Monday at 9:35 am and reach Ajmer at 8:50 am the next day. In the return direction, Train No. 09621 will leave Ajmer every Sunday at 6:35 am and arrive at Bandra Terminus at 4:15 am the next day.
The train will halt at key stations including Borivali, Vapi, Valsad, Surat, Vadodara, Ratlam, Vikramgarh Alot, Bhawani Mandi, Ramganj Mandi, Kota, Sawai Madhopur, Jaipur, and Kishangarh in both directions. The composition includes AC 2-Tier, AC 3-Tier, AC 3-Tier Economy, Sleeper, and General Second Class coaches.
Bookings for Train No. 09622 will open on July 12, 2025, at all PRS counters and the IRCTC website. The train will run as a special train on special fare.
