IMD flash flood alert for Southern Gujarat areas

Gandhinagar: Government of India’s arm India meteorological Department (IMD) has in its latest National Flash Flood Guidance Bulletin today issued flash flood risk possibility for Southern Gujarat regions of Bharuch, Narmada, Navsari, Surat Tapi and Valsad districts.
The bulletin stated that low to moderate flash flood risk is likely over few watersheds and neighbourhoods of these Met subdivisions till 11.30 am on 29th September 2025.
It’s worthy to note that IMD has in another bulletin given Orange alert for these areas for 28-29 September, which is pertaining to thunderstorm and light to moderate rains. DeshGujarat
