Ahmedabad: The Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) will organize a grand Food Festival, “Food for Thought Fest,” from November 13 to 16, 2025, at the Sabarmati Riverfront Centre in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

The festival aims to create a unique platform for culinary conversations, exchange of cooking skills and ideas, and a celebration of South Asia’s rich and diverse food heritage. It will combine education and entertainment, offering engaging experiences for the entire family. Visitors can look forward to culinary explorations with renowned personalities, master chefs, and food experts from across the region.

The event’s food court will feature two special themes — “Taste of Luxury” and “Regional Taste.” It will also include a Spiritual Pavilion, a Luxury Pavilion, and dedicated luxury and regional stalls, showcasing both traditional and contemporary culinary excellence.
