17 Skyscrapers of up to 41 floors to boost Ahmedabad Skyline

Ahmedabad: The ever-rising skyline of Ahmedabad is poised for a significant boost as the authorities have approved 17 new skyscraper projects, spanning residential and commercial developments across key areas.

According to city civic authorities, these projects include a mix of high-rise residential towers and commercial complexes, with several buildings set to exceed 30 floors, further redefining the city’s urban landscape. Some of the prominent approvals include:

  • Anamika High Point, Bodakdev – 3 basements + ground floor to 32 floors (Residential)

  • Gala Corporat, Iscon-Ambali Road – 4 basements + ground floor to 29 floors (Commercial)

  • The Park, Ambli Bopal Road – 3 basements + ground floor to 25 floors (Residential)

  • Brillia, Chharodi – 4 basements + ground floor to 32 floors (Commercial)

  • The Westin, Shilaj – 1 basement + ground floor to 36 floors (Residential)

  • Skyzenia, Hebatpur – 3 basements + ground floor to 41 floors (Residential)

  • Tremont Tower, Gota – 4 basements + ground floor to 31 floors (Commercial)

  • Times Marvel, Thaltej – 5 basements + ground floor to 35 floors (Commercial)

  • Navratna Gulmohar Park, Satellite Road – 5 basements + ground floor to 38 floors (Residential + Commercial)

Other approved projects include Tremont Adleap, SKG Skyline, Stateland, Aristo The Opus and Aatmatan, Tremont Terra, Nirma Corporate House, Times Trinity, and A. Shridhar Wynn, spread across Bodakdev, Gota, Thaltej, Shilaj, and other rapidly developing city sectors.

City planners said the approvals reflect Ahmedabad’s growing demand for high-rise residential and commercial spaces and are part of broader efforts to modernize the city’s infrastructure while optimizing land use in urban hubs.
