Ahmedabad Flower Show garners praise from PM Modi

New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday applauded the Ahmedabad Flower Show for its role in bringing together creativity, sustainability, and community participation. The event beautifully showcases the city’s vibrant spirit and enduring love for nature, the Prime Minister said.
Highlighting the significance of the show and sharing several pictures, the Prime Minister said on his X (formerly Twitter) account, “The Ahmedabad Flower Show brings together creativity, sustainability and community participation, while beautifully showcasing the city’s vibrant spirit and love for nature. It is also commendable how this flower show has grown in scale and imagination over the years.”
The annual flower show, organised by the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation, kicked off on Thursday, January 1, and will continue till January 22. There have also been media reports that the Prime Minister, who is set to visit his home state of Gujarat on January 11 and 12, may visit the flower show during his tour. DeshGujarat
