VGRC Rajkot to witness over 1,500 MoUs, 110 international buyers and 1,800+ B2B meetings

Gandhinagar: During the upcoming exhibition in Rajkot is poised to be a significant event, with over 1,500 Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) expected to be signed, 110 international buyers participating, and more than 1,800 business meetings scheduled during Reverse Buyer Seller Meet (RBSM). The Exhibition for the Kutch and Saurashtra region will be held from 11th to 15th January 2026.

Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi will inaugurate the exhibition followed by the inaugural session of the conference, setting the stage for global business leaders to converge in Rajkot.

Exhibition spread across 26,000 sq metres

The exhibition, spread across 26,000 square meters, will showcase more than 400 exhibitors representing a wide range of sectors. These include agro and food processing, fisheries, Defence, Energy, Petrochemicals, engineering, and ports and logistics, alongside participation from leading corporates such as Torrent Power Limited, KOSOL, Adani Green, Essar Group, Nayara Energy, Jyoti CNC, and several others.

The Reverse Buyers-Sellers Meet (RBSM) will provide a significant boost to local MSMEs, handloom, and handicraft enterprises by connecting them with international markets. Over 1,800 B2B meetings are planned, with more than 1,500 MoUs expected to be signed during the event. The meet will see participation from 110 international buyers representing over 16 countries, including the USA, Europe, and Australia, across diverse sectors such as engineering, agriculture, and textiles. In addition, 20 national buyers will also be part of the meet, further strengthening opportunities for collaboration and growth.

Gujarat’s development vision through six thematic domes

The exhibition will be organized across six thematic domes, each designed to highlight emerging opportunities and sustainable innovations. These include the Gateway to Global Growth, Green Energy Ecosystem & Petrochemicals, Crafts Village & MSME Pavilion, Ocean of Opportunities, Enterprise Excellence Pavilion, and Public Sector Powerhouse. Each dome will also feature a dedicated display pop-up stage, providing exhibitors with exclusive opportunities to launch new products, showcase their innovations, and actively engage with visitors.

The event will bring together innovators, entrepreneurs, investors, MSMEs, startups, overseas buyers, corporates, government departments, PSUs, and global partners to advance the vision of Aatmanirbhar Bharat, Vocal for Local, and sustainable economic growth.

An Udyami Mela will be organized to foster networking among entrepreneurs, mentors, and institutions. It will raise awareness about government schemes and policies, encouraging innovation, enterprise development, and participation in Gujarat’s thriving startup ecosystem.
