Collabera launches Global Capacity Centre in Vadodara
January 26, 2026
Vadodara: Global digital talent solutions company Collabera has announced the launch of its Global Capacity Centre (GCC) in Vadodara. The facility is Collabera’s first GCC in a tier-two city and is expected to generate thousands of new employment opportunities in the region.
The company said Vadodara was selected due to its strong industrial ecosystem, strategic connectivity and growing talent base. As Gujarat’s third-largest city, Vadodara has a well-established presence in sectors such as chemicals, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, textiles and engineering. The city also benefits from key infrastructure corridors including the Delhi–Mumbai Industrial Corridor and the Ahmedabad–Surat corridor, along with robust road, rail and air connectivity. Upcoming projects such as the bullet train are also expected to further enhance the city’s prominence.
Speaking about the development, Sunny Shah, Senior Vice President at Collabera, said the Vadodara GCC will serve as a state-of-the-art hub supporting global organisations in building and transforming their operations. He added that the centre will attract businesses from the US, Europe, Australia and the Middle East, strengthening Vadodara’s role on the global economic map.
The company said the new facility will focus heavily on talent development, with a major portion of recruitment aimed at fresh graduates. Collabera also highlighted its long-term investment in people, noting that several individuals who started working 10–20 years ago are now serving in leadership roles and handling international responsibilities.
Collabera has operated in Vadodara for nearly two decades, and the launch of the GCC further reinforces its commitment to Gujarat and the city’s expanding digital and industrial landscape. DeshGujarat
