Ahmedabad: A horrific accident took place today on Ahmedabad’s busy Cadilla Bridge. In this collision involving three vehicles at once, iron bars broke the car’s window and entered inside, causing chaos. However, fortunately, major casualties were avoided amidst these horrific scenes.

According to initial information, a pickup van carrying long iron rods suddenly applied brakes while passing over the bridge, which led to a collision with a car moving in front of the pickup truck. However, the impact was so severe that the rods slipped, broke through the back glass of the third car, and entered deep into the passenger area, reaching up to the seats.

Despite the horrifying visuals, a major tragedy was averted as no one was seated in that area. The accident, however, led to long queues of vehicles on the bridge and caused a major traffic jam, leaving motorists stranded for a considerable time.
