February 07, 2026
Mehsana: A key meeting of the Bahucharaji Temple Trust was chaired by the District Collector, during which several decisions were taken to enhance facilities for pilgrims and support the overall development of the temple. One of the major decisions is to start a free bus service from Bahucharaji to Ambaji so that devotees visiting Bahucharaji on every Poonam can also have darshan at the Shaktipeeth in Ambaji. Pilgrims will not have to pay any ticket or fee for this bus service.

The site will be known as Kookdo Circle. Additionally, the Popat Vasa Dharamshala, which has remained closed for several years, will be renovated to provide accommodation facilities for pilgrims at affordable rates.
Library facility approved for students
It has also been decided to start a new library in Hall No. 2 of the Popat Vasa Mechanical Bhavan for local residents and students preparing for competitive examinations. DeshGujarat
