9 LPG Cylinders Stolen at Three Spots in Ahmedabad

Ahmedabad: Amid concerns over commercial LPG shortages in parts of the city due to the West Asia conflict, a case has been filed with Gomtipur police after nine filled LPG cylinders were stolen from delivery vehicles at different locations.
According to a complaint filed on March 15 by an employee of a gas agency, the thefts occurred while cylinders were being delivered in residential areas. On February 18, three cylinders were stolen from a delivery rickshaw at Balabhai Chhagan ni Chali, while on February 26, four cylinders were taken from a vehicle near Suvapankhini Chali on Usha Road.
In another incident reported on Saturday, two cylinders were stolen near Hojwali Masjid. Police said the stolen Indane cylinders are worth around ₹28,800 in total, and further investigation is in progress. DeshGujarat
