PM Modi Likely to Visit Jamnagar on May 10-11

Jamnagar: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is expected to visit his home state of Gujarat next week, with several programmes lined up in Vadodara, Gandhinagar and Somnath. Reports now indicate that the Prime Minister may also include Jamnagar in his itinerary.

According to reports, the Prime Minister is likely to arrive in Jamnagar on May 10 and stay overnight in the city before leaving for other engagements on May 11. In anticipation of the visit, local authorities have begun preparations related to security and logistics.

During the proposed visit, multiple development projects in Jamnagar and surrounding areas are expected to be inaugurated or have their foundation stones laid. The Prime Minister is also scheduled to inaugurate the Sardardham complex in Vadodara on May 11.

Additionally, Gandhinagar is set to host a key meeting of the BRICS nations on May 11 and 12, which the Prime Minister is likely to attend on May 11.

There are also indications that the Prime Minister may offer prayers and perform darshan at the Somnath Temple in Prabhas Patan during his visit. DeshGujarat
