Ahmedabad: The Amdavad Municipal Corporation (AMC) has activated special Monsoon-2026 control rooms to ensure immediate response to rain-related emergencies, waterlogging, fallen trees, drainage issues, fire incidents, and other civic problems during the upcoming monsoon season. These round-the-clock control rooms have been established across all city zones, and dedicated telephone and WhatsApp numbers have been released to enable citizens to seek assistance quickly.

The main AMC Monsoon Control Room is functioning at Sanskar Kendra, Paldi. Citizens can contact the control room on 9099010718, 9099035920, 079-26582520, and 079-26582530. Complaints can also be lodged or information obtained through WhatsApp at 9978355303.

For the Central Zone, a zonal control room has been set up at Sardar Patel Bhavan, Danapith. Citizens may contact 079-25353858 and 079-25353717. The J.P. Control Room outside Jamalpur Gate can be reached at 079-25397637, while the Dudheshwar Control Room, located near Dudheshwar Water Works, is available at 9726415846. To ensure quick response to incidents such as fallen trees in parks and gardens during the monsoon, AMC’s Garden Department has also activated separate control rooms.
