AMC puts 11 more plots up for auction; combined base value ₹1,553 crore

Ahmedabad: The Amdavad Municipal Corporation (AMC) has put 11 residential and commercial plots across the city up for e-auction, with a combined base value of around ₹1,553.39 crore.
The plots are located in Motera, Chandkheda, Nava Vadaj, Thaltej, Bodakdev, Vatva and Sola-Thaltej and together cover around 82,810 sq m.
Of the 11 plots, six are commercial and five are residential. The largest plot, measuring 17,512 sq m, is a commercial plot in Sola-Thaltej near Sardar Patel AUDA Garden and CIMS Hospital Road. It has an upset price of ₹1.75 lakh per sq m.
Another large commercial plot in Sola-Thaltej, measuring 15,351 sq m, has an upset price of ₹2.25 lakh per sq m.
The highest upset price among the 11 plots is ₹3.10 lakh per sq m for a 1,821-sq-metre residential plot in Bodakdev, near Zodiac Marquis and Rajpath Club.

The e-auction process began on September 24. Five plots will go under the hammer on October 27, while the remaining six plots will be auctioned on October 28.
