Ahmedabad Civic Body Sells Three Plots for Rs 239 Crore

Ahmedabad: The Amdavad Municipal Corporation (AMC) earned Rs 239 crore by selling three of the nine plots put up for online auction on Friday.

Among the plots sold was a 1,706 sq m property in Gota, which fetched Rs 1.8 lakh per sq m against a base price of Rs 1.7 lakh per sq m, generating around Rs 31 crore.

In Jagatpur, a 7,078 sq m commercial plot was auctioned at Rs 1.88 lakh per sq m, exceeding its base price of Rs 1.85 lakh per sq m.

Another plot in Ranip, measuring 5,511 sq m, was sold for Rs 1.36 lakh per sq m against a base price of Rs 1.31 lakh per sq m. DeshGujarat
