Sindhu Bhavan Road Stretch to Remain Shut to Traffic for 2 Days

Ahmedabad: Traffic movement on Sindhu Bhavan Road in Bodakdev, one of Ahmedabad’s busiest and upscale areas, will be affected for 48 hours from November 3 to 5 due to construction work at the A Shridhar Wynn project.

The construction site will undertake specialised operations involving the installation of a heavy concrete pump and crane. To ensure public safety and prevent accidents during the installation of heavy machinery, Ahmedabad Traffic Police has announced a temporary traffic diversion.

According to the traffic police notification, one side of the road, from the Sterling Hospitals junction towards Sterling Hospitals, will remain completely closed to traffic.

The restriction will come into effect at 11 pm on November 3 and continue until 11 pm on November 5, covering a total period of 48 hours. The stretch will remain restricted during the installation of cranes and other heavy machinery.

The road will be reopened to traffic once the construction-related operations are completed within the stipulated timeframe.

Ahmedabad Traffic Police has appealed to commuters to avoid the affected stretch of Sindhu Bhavan Road and use alternative routes to prevent traffic congestion and minimise inconvenience during the closure. DeshGujarat
