Correspondent, Patan:
Chief Minister Mrs. Anandiben Patel Patel today hit out at Congress party and its leader in the Gujarat legislative assembly Shankersinh Vaghela strongly suggesting him to ‘worry’ more about his own party rather than the ruling BJP.
She also took a jibe at the resignation of the party in-charge for Gujarat and national general secretary Gurudas Kamat from the party.
On the occasion of the beginning of the three day urban edition of the 14 th annual Kanya Kelvani and Shala Praveshotsav here today, She said,’ Shankersinh Vaghela was in our party earlier, so I won’t say much about him. But he should worry more about the Congress, for which party’s national general secretary Gurudas Kamat was trying hard for last two to two and a half years.’
‘As In-charge of the party in Gujarat, Kamat would come every now and then in the state and shout run run run to gear up his party cadres. But nothing happened and ultimately he himself had to resign from the party and leave. Now Vaghela ji should focus on his own party and worry for it rather than trying to show concern for the BJP,’ She said.
Mrs. Patel said,’ Vaghela ji should understand that he need not worry for BJP as there were lakhs of people thinking and taking care of the party.’
