New Delhi: Gujarat cadre Indian Administrative Sevice(IAS) officer Guruprasad Mohapatra who has been Municipal Commissioner of Ahmedbad city in the past has been appointed as Chairman of Airport Authority of India(AAI). Mohapatra is 1986 batch officer. Prasad was taken to centre after Shri Narendra Modi became Prime Minister. He was assigned Joint Secretary position in Department of Commerce, Government of India. He was empaneled as Additional Secretary a few days back.
