Over 20 including Patidar agitators detained for protest in Kejriwal’s meeting

Surat: Amid the continuing opposition of AAP leader and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal for his statement on the surgical strikes of the Indian Army on terror camps in PoK, more than 20 protestors including the former PAAS convener Nikhil Savani were detained for showing black flags and chanting slogans during his meeting at Yogi Chowk here today.
Patidar youths led by Savani and members of Brahm Padkar Sena started shouting slogans and waving black flags.
They were chanting slogans like ‘Bharat Mata Ki Jai’ ‘Inqalab Zindabad’ and ‘Kejariwal Pakistan Jao’.
Police detained them immediately.
Prior to this a group of local women also staged protest in front of circuit house shouting slogans against the Delhi CM for the same reason.
