Rajkot: The district administration here is planning to attempt three world records during Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to the city on June 29.
First record will be attempted by around 1200 deaf and dumb children who will present the national anthem through sign language. The second record will be about highest number of Jaipur foot or artificial limb fitting to 1,000 divyangs(handicapped or differently abled). The third record will be about assistance given to highest number of handicapped people.
It’s worth noting here that one of the events during Prime Minister’s visit to Rajkot involves distribution of assistance like smart phone, censor equipped stick, wheelchair, tricycle etc to over 20,000 handicap people.
The district administration has formed 36 committees for preparations of PM’s visit.
