Gir Sanctuary and National park, Ambardi and Devaliya Safari parks to remain closed for tourists

Junagadh: Amid the rising concerns of spread of Corona virus (COVID19), the Gir Sanctuary and National Park would also be closed for tourists from tomorrow till March 29.
CCF Junagadh D T Vasavada said that the Safari parks in Amabardi, Devaliya and the Sakkarbaug zoo here would also remained closed during the period.
‘ As per the order issued by Chief wildlife warden Gujarat the Sanctuary and National park under the jurisdiction of this circle including Sakkarbag zoo,Deavaliya and Ambardi safari park will remain close for tourist from tomorrow till 29 th march as a safety precaution against corona virus,’ he informed.
