Available covid beds in Amdavad fewer than four days ago

Sabarmati: Amdavad Municipal Corporation (AMC) today evening said, the available number of covid beds in AMC quota hospitals at 7 pm today is 294 while in private quota the number of beds available is 236.
AMC made this announcement through its official twitter handle.
It’s worth noting that last Thursday on 11 November, the availability of beds in private quota was 482 while in AMC quota it was 335 at 6 pm.

In just four days, availability of beds has gone down significantly.
AMC has 1745 covid beds in its own quota and 2107 beds in private quota. The total number of beds for covid patients under this arrangement is 3852. Total 74 private hospitals are functional as designated covid hospitals in the city at present. DeshGujarat
